Tanker 55 was requested to assist Company 90 Blue Rock Fire on a barn fire on Indian Run Rd. Volunteers responding to the firehouse could see a large column of dark smoke to the west. Engine 55-2 was requested to respond several minutes later. Tanker shuttled eight loads of water to the scene while the engine crew was sent to manpower staging. The engine crew was released within a short time after it was determined that the majority of the extinguishment would take place by use of master streams from aerial devices. Tanker was on scene until around 2200.
